EMC Tools & Asset is a client-server application that stores the asset& tools transactions' documents within the organization so that it would be easy to trace each one.

EMCTA is subject to intellectual property protection which prohibits its unauthorized use and requires a special license from EMC.

• Recently, with the huge increase in organizations volumes and related work sites, tracing assets and tools between the different locations has become a serious problem for engineers, technicians, and managers.
• The challenge is how to develop an application that can avoid all troubles which face tools' management and provide full control of your asset. So, the main objective for development of EMCTA.
• To become easy to know the place of assets & tools within the different work sites of the organization.
• To know the status of each tool; being currently in use or not.
• To prevent buying or rent unnecessary tools, because of unknown asset & tools status.
• To saving effort, money, and time.

• Stores and Retrieves the information about the assets & tools for each project in the organization in the database. Can be accessed via the local network. The only requirement is a network connection.
• Controls the transfer of assets & tools for each project in the organization and also controls the depreciation operation.
• Provides restricted access through two authorization levels; Admin & User.
• Grants full privileges to Administrator.
