1-EMC, HSE Management Systems:
EMC management believes that minimizing loss is as much important as maximization of profit. Therefore they set up the company proactive HSE Management system based on adequate HSE loss prevention Polices which encompass the HSE requirements defined by the Egyptian HSE related legislations and the International applicable HSE standards such as OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004.
EMC, HSE management system is structured on comprehensive HSE operational manual and an HSE management manual, EMC, HSE management system is the process of setting HSE policies, organizing, controlling, monitoring and reviewing the efforts of the organization, and of using all other organizational resources to achieve the organization strategic goals.

A health, safety & Environment policy is a business plan for the whole management system. HSE policy is the starting point for the process of managing HSE; EMC.HSE policy set clear direction to achieve the goal of loss prevention and continual improvement.

EMC have the overall responsibility for the protection of workers’ safety and health, and provide leadership for HSE activities in the organization.
- Planning and Implementation:
Planning for HSE involves setting objectives, identifying hazards, assessing risks and implementing standards of performance to achieve organizational goals.
Measuring performance is a key step in the Management of HSE.
EMC developed, established and periodically review the procedures regarding monitor, measure and record of HSE performance on a regular basis.
EMC maintain and improve its ability to manage HSE by learning from experience through the use of audits and performance review.
HSE Audit is a tool for use in improving:
- Efficiency, i.e. doing things right.
- Effectiveness, i.e. doing the right things.
2.EMC, Quality Management System (QMS):
Quality Management System is the organizational structure, procedures, processes and resources needed to implement the quality policy, objectives and responsibilities by means such as Quality Planning, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement.
A planned, systematic, organization wide approach to the monitoring, analysis, and improvement of organization performance, thereby continually improving the Quality of services provided and the likelihood of desired outcomes.
