Job Title: Project Manager

  • Ensures that the pre-implementation, implementation and post implementation processes are consistently used.
  • Reviews project documentation containing statuses, project plans and other project deliverables.
  • Coordinates resources to ensure project milestones meet or exceed customer and business expectations.
  • Conducts risk assessment and management at the onset of the project and ensures risk management is conducted throughout the project.

Job Title: Planner Engineer

  • Provides plans, schedules and reports for corrective maintenance, Inspection & Preventive Maintenance at NGL Plants, Storage & Loading, and Utilities under Operations Area, using SAP computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) ensuring optimum usage of all resources including manpower, time and materials.
  • Responsible for the initial creation and maintenance of schedules within the project teams. As the program is still in its early stages this in as opportunity to be involved from the very beginning. Schedules will be built within Primavera P6 to the Program Control Procedures and will be fully resource-loaded, this work will be undertaken in conjunction with the program Cost Manager and Project Cost Estimators.
  • Carry out daily field visits for job planning.
    Carry out details Job plan including parts, resources internal or external, special services, support service, etc.
    Identifies, organizes, and works with leadership from all sections of the organization to initiate and lead the information management planning process, to include the development of goals, timetables, desired outcomes, and evaluative methods.
    Ability to write reports and maintain records.

Job Title: Piping Construction Engineer

  • Ensuring adequate flexibility in critical piping systems.
  • Definition of Stress Analysis scope of supply.
  • Development of piping specifications (customize / company Standard).
  • Perform Stress analysis using renowned computer software (i.e Caesar 11).
  • Technical co-ordination with all disciplines related to engineering effort.
  • Prepare material requisitions for piping commodities and piping mechanical
    specialty items.
  • Interface with Materials Controls system, to ensure commodity purchase.
 
Job Title: Project Controls Engineer / Planner

Skilled in oral and written communication. Good knowledge of the English language.

 
Job Title: Project Controls Engineer / Cost Engineer

  • Assists in the preparations of cost data for contracts.
  • Identifies and monitor “Baseline Budget”.
  • Verifies and monitor quantities.
  • Develops and applies installation rates to contract quantities if required.
  • Develops quantity release or installation curves for a specific discipline or specialty if required.
  • Assists in the development of requirements for cost recording, reporting and analyzing standards, programs, reports and in their implementation.
  • Develops specific project codes of account and assist in developing a Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Prepares and develops study information as assigned: Evaluates quantities, job-hours/staffing for a specific discipline or specialty. Collects and classifies cost engineering, procurement and construction data and performs data analysis and development.
  • Prepares quantity progress and performance reports for assigned disciplines or specialties if required.
  • Establish Trend and deviation Program.
  • Verify variation orders and change orders.
  • Establish and implement Cost Control Systems such as Kildrummy.

Qualifications:

  • Leading regular site meetings with professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building.
  • Maintaining strict quality control procedures - this necessitates regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site.
  • Conducting regular site safety checks.
  • Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as the late arrival of materials.
