main function is the pre-commissioning and start

SIDPEC
Global Maintenance Contract: EMC
renews the technical customer support contract for
its own CMMS Application (EMCMAINT) with SIDPEC for
another one year starting from January 2009. In addition,
EMC would provide new instrumentation & electrical
implementation service for 5 months starting from
March.
