Provision of the Global Maintenance and Overhaul Services and major overhauls for all equipments in LNG plant of SEGAS, which is considered one of the biggest Gas Liquefaction plants in the Middle East. This covers plant facilities and all equipment categories covering Electrical, Instrumental, Mechanical, Major machinery, Planning and Workshop operation & maintenance. The contract also covers heavy and mobile equipments supply, Catalyst Replacement, lifting, Rigging, Scaffolding, Insulation, Chemical cleaning, Plant Modifications, Valve Maintenance and Greasing services for all types of valves such as ESDVs and BDVs, On-Condition Monitoring Activities OCM, Material Supply, Warehouse Management, Civil and Painting works including On-call system of the Liquefaction plant in the Damietta port.

Provision of the Global Maintenance and Overhaul Services for HAPY gas processing plant (HAPY onshore, HAPY offshore and AKHEN off shore) including all equipment categories and disciplines such as Electrical, Instrumental, Mechanical, Gas Turbines, Major machinery, in addition to managing and operating the computerized maintenance management system CMMS (MAXIMO). The contract also covers heavy and mobile equipments supply, Catalyst Replacement, Isometric and P&ID drawings modifications and updates, lifting, Rigging, Scaffolding, Insulation, Chemical cleaning, Inspection, Plant Modifications, Valve Maintenance and Greasing services for all types of valves such as ESDVs and BDVs On-Condition Monitoring Activities OCM, Material Supply, Warehouse Management, Civil and Painting works.

The scope of work is the provision of the competent technical manpower to perform Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance and overhaul activities in full coordination with ELNG maintenance superintendent. Worth Mentioning that EMC achieves a big move-out for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) techniques. Provision of the Global Maintenance Services and overhauls for 4 turbines and their accessories.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities of district overhead and underground electrical distribution network.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities of protection circuits and control instruments for gas compressors.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for protection circuits of the gas separators.
Supplying, installing and operating the computerized maintenance management program MAXIMO.

The scope includes:

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Onshore and Offshore Production Cranes.
Performing the overhauls activities for Onshore and Offshore Production Cranes.
Supplying, installing and operating the computerized maintenance management program MAXIMO.

Preparing the inspection isometric drawing for all pipelines and branches (Process & Utilities) comprising the creating of line list for each separate pipe lines including the piping specification and design & operation conditions. The scope also covers creating support drawings and the registers of dead legs & dummy legs. The Scope of Work is the provision of all required labor, equipment, and tools to execute the works.
