In order to efficiently achieve its Target, Technical Services & Modifications endorses the following  philosophy:

• Maintain the capability of managing integrated disciplines, which ensure the compatibility between existing plants and their modifications (replacement, addition, retrofit, etc.)

• Keep in phase with advanced technologies and their application in the industry

• Efficient utilization of the workshop facilities to cover electrical and mechanical works, i.e. major overhauls, repairs, motor rewinding, modifications, etc.

• Manage a roving team to promptly respond to urgent situations

• Integration of Clients' interests

• Ensure hand over of experience between generations, hence its continuity and development within EMC.
