EMC, HSE management system is structured on comprehensive HSE operational manual and an HSE management manual, EMC, HSE management system is the process of setting HSE policies, organizing, controlling, monitoring and reviewing the efforts of the organization, and of using all other organizational resources to achieve the organization strategic goals
